Kathryn Harding

Senior Director of Research

Kathryn Harding joined Prevent Child Abuse America in 1995. Her research experience spans more than two decades in evaluation and performance monitoring, perinatal home visiting, and children and families living in poverty. Kathryn supports the multi-faceted research and data needs of the Healthy Families America (HFA) network, developing research briefs and numerous other data-rich resources. She has directed several key projects, including a multi-state implementation study of HFA (1999–2003), a national study of child maltreatment with American Indian youth (2008–2011), and development of HFA’s national data reporting system (2014–present). Kathryn holds a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois, at Urbana-Champaign.
