Shayna Cooper

Training & TA Specialist

Shayna Cooper joined the national office team in 2022 as a Training and Technical Assistance Specialist. In this role, she supports multi-site systems and individual sites. Shayna is an HFA-certified trainer for the Family Resilience and Opportunities for Growth Scale (FROG) and for Supervisor Core Training.

She has been involved with Healthy Families since 2003, starting as a home visitor and then supervisor at a local site in northern Indiana. Before joining the national office, Shayna worked at the state level for 8 years supporting sites within Indiana’s multi-site system in the areas of quality assurance, technical assistance, and training. She is a peer reviewer and has served on the HFA Training Advisory Committee.

Shayna and her husband currently live in Indiana, but they have also enjoyed living in five other states over the years. She enjoys traveling, cooking, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family.
