📝 Submission Guidelines

Before submitting, please ensure:

You have obtained consent from individuals pictured.

Photos are clear and high resolution (if possible).

Stories are between 150–300 words (shorter or longer submissions welcome — we can help edit!).

Submissions may be edited for clarity, tone, and length to align with HFA branding.

💬 What Happens Next?

Once submitted:

  1. Our team will review your story.
  2. We may reach out with follow-up questions if needed.
  3. If selected, your spotlight will be scheduled for an upcoming social media feature.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for review and scheduling. Due to the high volume of amazing work happening across the network, not all submissions can be featured. If your spotlight is selected, we will notify you before posting.
