Myrna made sure to prepare us for baby Mia’s arrival.  Thanks to Myrna from HFA, we were completely ready for the arrival of our baby girl.  She prepared us for the body changes during the pregnancy, for those really painful contractions with breathing exercises, she informed us about the pain meds they would have available during labor, she informed us about the labor process, etc.
