Each state profile includes a snapshot of key HFA data and includes:
- HFA Site Locations and Counties
- Number of Families
- Number of Home Visits
These profiles can be used to:
- Understand HFA reach and services in your state
- Educate policymakers and community members about the HFA network
- Advocate for funding that supports HFA and home visiting
Each profile includes data that were submitted by sites in the annual HFA Site Profile Report (SPR) from the previous year. The profiles also include information about the research-based positive impacts of home visiting for HFA families.
