Kelly Foster

Kelly joins us from Arizona, having worked in a variety of roles in HFA programs for over a decade, most recently as the Program Manager for HFA programs in four counties in Southern Arizona. She is a Foundations for Family Support trainer and an HFA Peer Reviewer.

She brings all of her experience and perspectives to this role supporting HFA sites.
