Parent Graduates of the Year
The 2019 Parent Graduate of the Year contest is now closed. We will soon re-open, announcing winners from 2019 and inviting applications for 2020!
To be eligible for the award, parent graduates must:
- Have graduated between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019 from a current Healthy Families America affiliate site.
- Be willing to share their story, and submit it using the form below before January 31, 2020.
HFA’s National Advisory Committee will vote for two Parent Graduates who most inspire us!
Both Parent Graduates of the Year will receive a $400 VISA gift card, and the HFA site the parents are from will receive a $100 VISA gift card.
