This guide contains instructions for completing the 2024 Site Profile Report in HFAST along with detailed descriptions for each item and links to resources. This version is an Excel document that sites might find useful for taking notes as they gather their data or keeping as a back-up record.
Race/ethnicity categories were updated for the 2021 Site Profile as a result of the work on HFA’s Cultural Analysis and Plan as well as the invaluable feedback from the REaCH (Racial Equity and Cultural Humility) Workgroup. This document provides more information and examples.
