Guiding Questions

1) Is your program administered by - or partners with - the state department responsible for public child welfare services?

2) Does your state also receive Title IVB child welfare funds and is there a comprehensive state child and family service plan ensuring a continuum of services?

3) Title IVE funds utilized for prevention will likely flow down through training and technical assistance awarded to an institute of higher educations. Is there a university affiliated with public child welfare training in your state?
