Guiding Questions

1) Are you are a part of your state child welfare's five-year child and family service plan? If not, when are annual reviews of the plan conducted, to be considered as an additionally funded program?

2) Do you have prepared concise data on the populations you serve and the geographic areas in the State in which the services will be available? Can you prove that you are a needed addition to service delivery along a continuum of family support programs?

3) Can you join a task force or coalition organized by the State agency or Secretary for Human Services to give feedback on effective child and family planning?

4) Has your program had particular success in implementing a practice that warrants further research and evaluation on a national scale?
