	Advocacy: Collaborations
	State Level Advocacy Home Visiting Legislation Legislative Action Center Collaborations	On the local level, HFA programs collaborate with other organizations providing family support services to most effectively utilize scarce resources, provide a comprehensive array of services to families, and avoid duplication of services. At the national level, as a part of PCA America, HFA collaborates with a range of organizations in a variety of ways to support new parents across the country.
